- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I wouldn't recommend this agent to my worst enemy!! I've been with State Farm for almost an year and it's taking almost 6 months for them to decide to call the main supplier about receiving my beacon drive and safe to supposedly save customers money. This is total BS bc I've called every month to request it and never received it and yet being charged extra bc Tom had dropped the ball by NOT following up with the supplier to see if it and been mailed and making sure things are getting done but he wants to pass the blame to his employees October and Brandy!!! This is a sorry excuse of an agent to rip people off thru a company like State Farm and to not take responsibility for his actions and taking care of customers. This will make the 2nd agent I've dealt with bc they wouldn't return our calls when we needed answers about our policy. I'm looking for insurance else where. When Tom called me back he was very short and very unconcerned. I will be reporting him.By Tarsha Webb, July 21, 2017
